REFUND POLICY

All Tucked in Tight Refund Policy

 

If you are not satisfied with a product or service that you purchased from All Tucked in Tight, you may qualify for a refund if you meet the following criteria:

 

For the Let's Talk Baby Sleep 30 minute phone call:  a full refund can be given if requested with in 48 hours of the purchase time. The call can be rescheduled if requested 48 hours prior to the scheduled call time. If a call is canceled within 48 hours, a $25 cancellation fee will occur. You may email me to reschedule the call. No refund will be offered for a call that has already taken place. 

 

For the Let's Talk Baby Sleep Email Package: a full refund can be given if requested with in 48 hours of the purchase time. No refund will be offered if at least one of the three emails has already taken place.

For any guides or instant downloads: Once purchased, these guides are non refundable. These are educational tools used to teach you about certain aspects regarding your child’s sleep and healthy sleep habits. These are not sleep training guides. 

 

For any self guided sleep training program: You may qualify for a refund if: you must have tried the program consecutively for 14 days, share in writing why you think the program did not work for your family, and submit the sleep logs that you used each night while doing the training. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase. Refunds requested after this date will not be processed or considered. 

*If you receive a refund, you shall immediately stop using and destroy any and all material that was provided to you by All Tucked in Tight.

 

For Sleep Consulting Packages- Essential, Preferred, Ultimate: Cancellations, rescheduling appointments, or no showing within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in having 15 minutes of time deducted from your phone call when rescheduled, to compensate for the sleep consultant’s time as well as the time that could have been used by another family. An unused Sleep Consulting Package will not be refunded, but consulting services where a sleep plan has not been created are valid for one year after purchase. Consulting services are non transferable.  

 

Of course, unexpected situations do come up at random, All Tucked in Tight is able to review on a case by case basis and make a decision, should a refund be requested, within reason.

To request a refund for any service, please email us at melanie@alltuckedintight.com. Refunds will be processed on a weekly basis, usually 7-10 days from the time we receive your request. All purchases will be refunded back to the original payment source.
